Regional consultative exercise to set research priorities & agenda in Migration and Health in South Asia by 2030 (ongoing)

The exercise uses the Child Health and Nutrition Research Initiative’s (CHNRI) method to bring together funders, researchers and policy-makers in deciding the most pressing yet feasible research questions that could help strengthen migrant and refugee health within national contexts in South Asia.  The pioneering exercise is being undertaken under the strategic and technical oversight of global and national steering committees comprising eminent scholars from various institutions in South Asia and globally.

The network has initiated the first phase of the exercise in India, and is in the process of rolling out similar exercises in Pakistan, Nepal and Bangladesh.
